Answers to the burning questions in your mind.
If there's something you're unsure about, or you’d like to talk before choosing a package — feel free to reach out directly to me.
I'm happy to help you figure out what makes the most sense for your business.
Once you select a plan, I’ll personally reach out to schedule a welcome call. We’ll talk through your goals, ideas, and everything you need — no stress, no rush. You’ll always feel guided and supported every step of the way.
No, there are no big upfront costs. You simply start with the first weekly or monthly payment. From there, I take care of everything. You can upgrade, pause, or opt out later if things change — no long-term pressure.
That’s completely okay. I’m here to help guide you. During our first strategy call, we’ll explore what works for your business and your audience — together. You don’t need to come prepared with a perfect vision.
If you’re not a designer, not a developer, and don’t want to worry about your website ever again — this is made for you. You stay focused on your business, while I make sure your website quietly does its job, 24/7.
Not at all. If you decide to part ways, you’ll always be able to keep your website. I’ll transfer the full site, hosting, and everything you need — all yours, no strings attached.
There’s just a one-time opt-out fee, which covers the work already done, and it's based on the potential yearly plan for the website:
80% if you cancel within the first 2 months;
60% if within 6 months;
40% if within the first year;
20% if it’s been over a year.
This ensures fairness while giving you complete freedom. If for any reason you stop paying or disappear without notice, I won’t be able to cover the hosting fees — so your website may go temporarily offline. But I’ll always try to reach out first before taking it down. My goal is never to surprise you or cause stress — just to keep things clear and fair on both sides.
Absolutely! I don’t disappear after launch, and that's the whole point. Whether it’s a quick fix or a big question, I’m here to support you — as your long-term partner, not just a one-time hire.
